Specifications

PCI-bus Interface: 32-bit, 33MHz, supports all burst modes and write-invalidate, master or slave. Sustained DMA performance at 33MHz with large blocks exceeds 120 MB/s peer mode, or to/from system memory on platforms with good PCI implementations.

Interface processor: LANai-4 RISC operating at the PCI-clock rate.

Interface memory: 1MB (256Kx4B). The interface memory operates at double the PCI-clock rate. With a 33MHz PCI clock, 264 MB/s of memory bandwidth is available to support the Myrinet link, the host DMA, and the RISC processor.

Myrinet-LAN port: 1.28+1.28 Gb/s or 0.64+0.64 Gb/s data rates selected automatically by the cable type. LVDS or PECL signal levels selected automatically (LVDS only at the 1.28+1.28 Gb/s data rate).

Physical characteristics: PCI short card; 5V only; ~5 Watts.
