"D Card"

D cards shipped between May 2003 and February 2005 are based on a Lanai-XP chip and its memory operating at 225MHz. Later production is based on a Lanai-2XP chip and its memory operating at 225MHz. The two versions are form+fit+function equivalent.

• M3F-PCIXD: low-cost, Myrinet-Fiber/PCI-X NIC, low-profile PCI short card, introduced in May 2003.

"E Card" and "F Card"

The E and F cards are based on a Lanai-2XP chip and its memory operating at 333MHz.

• M3F2-PCIXE: high-end, two-port, Myrinet-Fiber/PCI-X NIC, low-profile PCI short card, introduced in October 2003.
• M3F-PCIXF: fast, one-port, Myrinet-Fiber/PCI-X NIC, low-profile PCI short card, introduced in January 2005.
