Orders: The fastest and easiest way to initiate the direct purchase of Myricom products is to use one of these quote forms:
You will then receive a formal quotation from which your company can issue a purchase order. If you need help with your purchase or in planning your cluster installation, please send e-mail to sales@myri.com, or call Myricom at 626-821-5555 (Monday through Friday, 0800 - 1700, Pacific Time).

Myricom can also accept credit-card payment, which is billed at the time the products are shipped.
Support: The Myricom-supported software for your products is downloaded from http://www.myri.com/scs/, and software support is available from help@myri.com. Myricom's products are highly reliable. However, if any component received is faulty, or if a component fails in operation, you should first obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) from help@myri.com, and then ship the component back to Myricom for prompt diagnosis and repair or replacement.
