Set Admin Password

From the top-level menu of the web interface to the switch

click on Set Admin Password and the following web page will appear. This web page will allow the administrator to assign a password to restrict access to the web interface.

After entering a password, e.g., password, and clicking Set Password, the following web page will appear.

After this admin password has been set, all access to the web interface to the switch will require this password.

Notes:

• To clear the admin password and default to no login/password required, access the Set Admin Password web page and leave the password field blank, press Set Password, and the following web page will acknowledge that the password has been cleared.

  

• In case the admin password is forgotten, contact help@myri.com for instructions on how to reset/remove the admin password so that the web interface can be accessed.
