How to Contact Myricom Technical Support

Myricom Technical Support personnel are available to provide assistance with Myrinet-related technical (hardware and software) issues. Sending an email to help@myri.com is the recommended method to contact Myricom Technical Support, and will result in the fastest response.

For Sales inquiries, please contact sales@myri.com, and for pre-sales inquiries, please feel free to contact info@myri.com.

When you send an email to help@myri.com, a Myricom help ticket number will be created, and you will receive an automated response acknowledging the receipt of your request. (If you do not receive an automated email reply with the assignment of a Myricom help ticket number, then we have not received your email, and your request has not been logged into our system.)

All correspondence on the issue should contain the specific tag (of the form [Myricom help #xxxxx]) in the Subject line of the message and will be logged in our database of help tickets.

If you would like to speak with Myricom Technical Support by phone, feel free to contact us during normal business hours, 8am-5pm PST/PDT Monday-Friday, at (626) 821-5555, and ask for Technical Support.

Myricom Technical Support also reads and responds to email outside of these hours, thus email to help@myri.com is the best way to contact us.

Requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests must be submitted to Myricom Technical Support, help@myri.com. Our RMA procedures are summarized in the following FAQ entry. Hardware troubleshooting diagnostic procedures are summarized in the Troubleshooting section of the Myrinet FAQ, in the Myrinet Installation and Troubleshooting Guide, and in the following Switch Tutorial.
