It is a small California Craftsman sometimes referred
to as a bungalow. It was built in 1926 and was really
fixed up by the previous owners (Thanks guys!).
The backyard is wonderful and was completely
re-landscaped by those same previous owners.
There are tons of shrubs, flowers and fruit trees including
orange, grapefruit, lemon and fig.
There's a small two-car detached garage at the rear of
the property.
There are flowers everywhere
and a fabulous palm tree.
There's even a little pond-ette filled with plants
and goldfish.
The interior is filled with great built-ins, woodwork
and hardwood floors.
We've gotten some nice furniture and things
as gifts to help populate the place.
