
Ruth received her B.S. in Computer and Electronics Engineering from George Mason University in 1984 and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Caltech in 1985 and 1991, under the guidance of Dr. Yaser Abu-Mostafa.
Ruth worked for 4 years for Hughes Network Systems in San Diego, CA. She gained experience in designing and developing real-time embedded telecommunications software for commercial products.
She joined Myricom in February, 1995. Currently, she is on the technical support team at Myricom.
She lives in Sierra Madre with her husband Massimo, son Carlo and daughter Alessandra.
