Patrick Geoffray is a member of the software-development team and is responsible for the Myrinet firmware of the Myrinet Express (MX) project. He was previously responsible for various middleware running on GM/Myrinet: MPICH-GM, VI-GM.

Before joining the software development team at Myricom, Inc., Patrick was an engineer for Aerospatiale Matra. His interests lie in high-performance computing.

Biographical Sketch:

Patrick was born in Lyon, France, and received his PhD from the Universite Claude Bernard Lyon 1 in 2001, under the guidance of Bernard Tourancheau. His wife, Susan Blackford, is a member of the Technical Staff at Myricom, Inc. He has two step-children, Christopher and Katie, and two dogs, TinTin and Sam.
